Info for Exhibitors/Sponsors
Exhibiting and/or sponsoring at the NAILTA Conference is an effective way to promote your products, supplies and services to prospective members and other real estate professionals. A large contingent of NAILTA’s practicing title insurance agents, agencies, underwriters, title examiners, abstractors and attorneys attend this conference, as well as surveyors, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, loan originators and notaries from around the United States.
The Exhibit Hall will be laid out to allow approximately 12 exhibitor booths. These will be assigned on a “first come – first served” basis. Logo placement on the website and the conference brochure will be assigned on a “first come – first served” basis. The Exhibit Hall will be open for setup starting at 2:00pm on Sunday, September 20, 2015 and shall be available to conference attendees from 8:00am until 2:00pm each day after the conference. Exhibitors can lock any computers or valuables with the hotel.

If you are mailing in your form with a check, please check the current availability below to ensure that at least at this moment your selection is still available.
Also, on Sunday evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm, there will be the annual opening reception – Ice Breaker. All sponsors and exhibitors are invited. Again, I hope you will join us for the conference. Cancellations/Refunds – Cancellations and requests for refunds for convention Exhibitor/Sponsorship fees must be received by email prior to August 22, 2015 and will be subject to a $75.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days following the Conference. No refunds will be granted after August 22, 2015. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. No refunds will be granted for prepaid events. Substitutions may be allowed if a request and registration form for the substitute is received prior to August 22, 2015. Cancellations/Refunds/Substitution request must be emailed to: email@example.com
NOTE: No portion of the cost for attending the NAILTA 8th Annual Conference is dedicated or paid to the NAILTA-PAC.
