Robert B. Holman is the President of the General Title Insurance Company in Oakwood Village, Ohio. Rob is also an attorney and partner with the law firm of Holman, Frank & McDonald in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Holman is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a B.A. in History and received his law degree from the University of Akron School of Law, in Akron, Ohio. He practices in the areas of real estate law and title insurance defense and has served as an expert witness in several RESPA and title insurance related cases across the United States.
Mr. Holman is a founding member and Vice President of the Ohio Association of Independent Title Agents (OAITA), a charter member and President-Elect of the National Association of Independent Land Title Agents (NAILTA), a founding member of the Indiana Association of Independent Land Title Agents (IAILTA), a founding member of the Kentucky Association of Independent Land Title Agents (KAILTA), a former member of the American Land Title Association (ALTA), a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, a member of the National Association of Land Title Examiners and Abstractors (NALTEA) and a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (Real Estate Section).
Rob holds licenses to practice in the Ohio Supreme Court, United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Holman is a licensed title insurance agent with the Ohio Department of Insurance, Indiana Department of Insurance and a representative to the Ohio Title Insurance Rating Bureau (OTIRB) and Title Insurance Rating Bureau of Pennsylvania (TIRBOP).
Rob resides in Hudson, Ohio with his wife Erica and their four children.

Margaret is originally from Southern Indiana and has resided in NE Indiana since 1985 . She graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree. Margaret has closed loans for over 30 years. She founded Columbia Land Title Company in Northeast Indiana. She sold her company to Metropolitan Title Company in 2002 and through a series of events, is now one of the current owners of Metropolitan Title of Indiana, LLC. Margaret is a licensed instructor for the Professional Licensing Agency of Indiana as well as the Indiana Department of Insurance. Margaret is a member of the Indiana Land Title Association, National Association of Independent Land Title Agents, is the Education Chairman for the National Association of Independent Land Title Agents, Upstar Board of Realtors of Northeast Indiana, the Northeast Indiana Board of Realtors, one of the founding members of the Northeast Indiana Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors and is on the board of several charitable organizations. Margaret received the honor of being named the 2010 Affiliate of the Year for UPSTAR Northeast Chapter of Realtors. Margaret’s other interests include quilting, gardening and is a trained violist and plays with the Fort Wayne Community Orchestra, Trine University Orchestra and the North Manchester Symphony.

Tony Brown is the Owner of Carteret Title, LLC located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Carteret Title is a nationwide full service real estate settlement company. Mr. Brown attended James Madison University and is a current member of the Virginia Land Title Association and the American Land Title Association. He is also a proud member of the National Association of Land Title Examiners and Abstractors (NALTEA).

Nancy B. Silberberg

Nancy B. Silberberg, President of Altus Escrow, Inc., Upland, CA, has been engaged in independent escrow since 1986. In that time she has worked with residential, commercial, mobile homes and business sale escrows throughout the State of California. She is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside with a degree in Political Science and Law and Society.
A strong supporter of independent escrow companies and title agents, Nancy is the 2015-16 President of the Escrow Institute of California (EIC) and previously served the EIC as the President-elect, First Vice President of State Affairs, and Third Vice President of Membership. Nancy also serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Independent Land Title Agents. She is a Director of the Tri-County Escrow Association, and a member of; The California Escrow Association, American Escrow Association, PADI- Professional Association of Diving Instructors, DAN- Divers Alert Network and is Vice President of her HOA Board.
In addition to being involved with the escrow industry as a second generation escrow officer for the past 30 years, Nancy is an avid Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and New York Mets fan. As a season ticket holder for the Angels, she can often be found in the stadium ROOTING for the Home Team while taking care of business on her iPad.
Charles W. Proctor, III, Esq., CLTP
Mr. Proctor is the senior managing partner of Proctor Lindsay & Anderson in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Mr. Proctor is also the President of Industrial Valley Abstract Company which celebrated its 52nd Anniversary in January 2017.
Mr. Proctor graduated from Temple University in 1973, and thereafter attended Delaware Law School of Widener University (now known as Widener School of Law), where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1976.
Mr. Proctor is currently admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States, along with several other courts.
He has received the professional designation of Certified Land Title Professional from the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute. Mr. Proctor is also an Adjunct Professor for Widener University School of Law and is a presenter for the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute, the Pennsylvania Insurance Commission, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the National Constitution Center and many other organizations.
Mr. Proctor has served as an expert witness in the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County and Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as Superior Court in New Jersey.
Mr. Proctor recently served as lead counsel in Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in the seminal case of Conestoga Woods Specialties vs. Sebelius which has now been heard by the U.S. Supreme Court, and a decision is expected at the end of June, 2014.
Mr. Proctor works closely with Independence Law Center of the PA Family Institute and is an allied attorney with the Alliance Defending Freedom.
He is an ordained Elder in the Presbyterian Church of America and serves on the Board of several 501(c)(3) organizations. He is married with 4 children and 9 grandchildren.
